s15e01: Sarah Wreath at No Way Back Tresor
On the 8th of August, 2025, in Berlin, IT teamed up with Tresor to present a No Way Back, where we translated the concept of NWB to the context of Tresor. At this show in Berlin, the launching of our 30 Years of IT tour, Sarah Wreath performed a stunning set steeped in heavy heady vibes in Globus, a kind of opening ceremony if you will.
In the words of Sarah Wreath:
“The intention and idea was a vinyl-focused opening set - morphing warm minimalism and Detroit Techno into psychedelia.
It was a perfect occasion and a highlight of 2025 to have my solo debut at Globus, and to dig into my deeper, groovier and slower collection of records - the direction where my roots truly are. It somehow felt like the soundtrack of my musical path over the last 15 years.
Playing an opening set means carefully creating the energy of the room and programming the music from that. An empty room fills up; subtle waves of sound and rhythm grow into something big, creating a connection for everyone - and for the music itself - setting the vibe for the night.”
