It is illogical that the Samhain parties keep getting better, but they do. I’m playing on a set up of multiple CDJ-3000’s and a V10, using the internal effects and many of it’s processors to reveal new sides of the sounds while in the mix. My main preparation for sets is taking songs I would like to hear on a massive soundsystem and using hardware to remaster them, and give them a new stronger tonal quality. It is both invisible and visceral.
